After the George Floyd protest and the riots in downtown Atlanta, this tag was posted all over the city and all over the world. "12" refers to the phrase "I'd rather be judged by 12 than carried by 6" The 12 are the jury. the 6 are 6 bullets from the revolver. How ever the police in the black community act as if they are the judge and jury and proceed to put 6 bullets in you. Since they act as the judge and jury, they are colloquially referred to as "12" since blacks are prematurely found guilty in their eyes .
